Agreement between Milkin Corporation as the FRANCHISOR and a prospective client as the FRANCHISEE. The FRANCHISOR is the manufacturer and sole distributor of FIORGELATO “The Pure Italian Ice Cream”, is the holder of the proprietary rights of certain valuable trade names, service marks, signs, equipment designs, formula and other inherent in or incidental to the ownership and operation of a FIORGELATO “The Pure Italian Ice Cream” Gelato Scooping cart. The FRANCHISEE desires to acquire the rights to operate at a designated site to be specified and to enjoy to commercial benefits of the use of the FIORGELATO “The Pure Italian Ice Cream” Franchise System.

SUPPLY
Franchisor will deliver the products at the specified site/location of the outlet or as agreed upon.
Lead time of five (5) days for delivery upon order.
Only products from the Franchisor are allowed to be displayed and sold at the cart.

TENURE OF FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
The Term of the Franchise agreement shall be (5) years commencing from the date of the signing of the Agreement contract. For renewal of the franchise, franchisee has to pay only 30% of the franchise fee which is good for another 5 years.
